The Dallas Cowboys have an opening at offensive coordinator after last night.

The team and Kellen Moore decided to part ways just a week after they lost to the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Divisional Round. Moore then got another job just one day later as he's now the new Los Angeles Chargers offensive coordinator.

According to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo, the Cowboys' parting with Moore was mutual from both sides. Owner Jerry Jones even realized that he wanted a fresh start and allowed him to get out of his contract.

Moore will now team up with Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert after the Chargers fired Joe Lombardi after they lost to the Jacksonville Jaguars in the wild-card round.

He's set to call the plays under head coach Brandon Staley, who will call the defensive plays.

As for the Cowboys, head coach Mike McCarthy will be calling the plays next season.
